Generally, you get full access to the sessions, meal functions, cocktail reception, and the after-party (last day of the conference).

Please bring the ticket purchase confirmation (printed or email) and any photo ID card to the registration desk.

Registration hours are 08:00 – 09:00 in the morning.

You may purchase tickets with Bitcoin SV, AMEX, Visa or MasterCard. Payments are processed immediately. You can also purchase a ticket on the day but registration will take longer to process. Registration will be ‘pending’ until payment is validated.

We offer discounts and promo codes to Bitcoin Association members and selected partners. You can also avail of group discounts and exclusive discounts when you purchase with Bitcoin SV.

Unfortunately, there are no refunds for cancellations.

Requests for transfers must be sent to conferences@coingeek.com. Transfer requests received after the stated deadline are subject to a $200 administrative fee plus any additions as a result of changes in the attendee type (e.g. transfer to a non-Bitcoin Association member would result in loss of the discount). The individual submitting the request is responsible for any balance due.

Please note all ticket fees are non-refundable. Ticket materials will be released only to the individual whose name is registered. A photo ID card (driver’s license or passport), and a ticket purchase confirmation will be required. Business Cards are not an acceptable form of identification. Badges are non-transferable.

Your name, address, phone number, and email address are stored securely in our database and we do not share this information with third parties.

Video recording and hybrid events (including webcams, webinars, streaming video content) are prohibited inside the conference unless stated at the CoinGeek Conference. Photographs may not be taken of any product, except by the press or the official photographer designated by CoinGeek.

By registering to CoinGeek Conference you acknowledge and accept that photographs or videos that will be taken of you by the CoinGeek team or its service providers may be used for CoinGeek promotional material and on the Internet by CoinGeek and its service providers.

Only persons registered for this conference and wearing the proper badge will be admitted to the conference. For security and safety reasons, badges must be worn at all times.

Anyone found to be counterfeiting, copying or sharing conference name badges, or using a guest badge when not eligible for a guest badge, may be subject to sanctions, including removal from the conference.

For all conference attendees, wristbands to the after-party will be distributed at registration. You need your wristband to gain access because there won’t be a guest list at the door.

CoinGeek London 2020 will take place on February 20-21 at Old Billingsgate, London.

The dress code is business or business casual, and the after-party dress code is subject to the rules of the venue.

Yes, there is complimentary WiFi to registered attendees. The WiFi username and password will be provided throughout the venue.

If you want to suggest a speaker, propose one today. The deadline for submissions closes on XYZ. Only selected speakers will receive a message from the CoinGeek team. Please note that the approval process may take up to four weeks.
